Practice with me to be calmer, stronger and happier
Qualified yoga teacher
17 years teaching
25 years practice
Plant obsessed
I'm Kathryn, a British Wheel yoga teacher, based on the North Cornwall coast
I approach teaching in a dynamic and enthusiastic manner, drawing on the many schools of yoga. I love Yoga as there is always something new to learn.
My own practice is predominantly influenced by BKS Iyengar with a focus on details, integration and alignment.
I travel to India every year to build on my knowledge and gain inspiration. This gives me the enthusiasm to teach and helps to expand my practice.
I ensure that lessons are always interesting and fun. Creating awareness and intelligence in your body and movements while improving your strength and posture.
When you leave at the end of the session I aim for you to be calmer, stronger and happier.
If you have a passion for yoga or are a complete beginner you will always feel welcome.
